    Group of four covers, all of which appear to have travelled, franked with a total of 21 stamps with the local overprint of Kherson in red with values to 1 r. imperforate. One cover is from Dr. Seichter's collection with his notes; the others comprise two which appear correctly franked at 35 k. and the other approximately franked at 39 k.  An interesting group.
