1862: 15 c. blue, Sperati Forgery, a 'used' example with large margins all round and part 'Correos' datestamp in black. Signed Jean de Sperati on reverse. Scarce, a remarkably dangerous forgery.
1867: 2 r. dark green, a complete sheet of 100 subjects, minor central splitting of perfs. with margins with full imprints all round. Seldom encountered in complete sheets nowadays Scott = $ 850.
1898: Locomotive 10 p. deep blue, unwatermarked, a Sperati Forgery, 'used' with 'Rosario' datestamp in black. Handstamped 'Sperati Reproduction' in violet on reverse. A fantastic example of the forger's art.
1857: Cover to the French Consul General in Lima struck with fine framed PASCO / 2R. / FRANCA handstamp (Lamy & Rinck fig. 121 = 70 pts.) struck in blue - unlisted in this colour. Rare.
1790c.: Cover from Cadiz addressed to 'Provincia de Nicaragua, primera via Granada, America' struck with straight line CADIZ in red and handstruck '3' (reales) rate marking in red. Scarce and unusual use of 'America' on the address.

1844/46: Inclinado 300 r. black on yellowish, fine impression, a used example with ample to large margins all round, lightly cancelled in red. A rare stamp Scott = $ 2'000.
1857 (Dec 15): Cover from Escuque to Maracaibo sent unpaid and struck with circular CORREOS DE VENEZUELA / ESCUQUE / DEBE and rate mark "1" (real) in red. Fresh and fine, a scarce cover.
1849 (July 24): Entire letter from Trinidad, Beni (Veni) to Cochabamba, sent prepaid with '2½' reales rate in manuscript, with framed "VENI" and "FRANCA" handstamps well struck in red. Rare and fine entire.
