    1867/74: 10 soldi blue, single example used on 1873 cover to Kadiköy, Istanbul tied by single ring RUSTSCHUK datestamp (22/10) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 877), reverse with 1873 Turkey 'Sehir' City Post 1 pi. deep brown & brown, irregular perf. 5-12, tied by 'Baghtche Capussi' datestamp for local delivery (Oct 13). Part Austrian P.O. 'Constantinopel' struck over partially missing flap but an extremely rare usage.

    1867: 10 so. blue in mixed franking with Austria 1867 5 kr. red (2), all with coarse whiskers, tied by three-line "LETTERE ARRIVATE / COL VAPORE / DAL LEVANTE" to envelope to Trieste with oval "TRIEST 1/5 4. E 73" datestamp alongside. The PO of despatch cannot be deduced from the cover, presumably from Constantinople overfranked by 5 so. in the 1866 unified rate. A rare combination of soldi and kreuzer stamps in the Levant. Signed A. Diena, cert. E. Diena (1992) Ferchenbauer = € 12'750+.

    1867: Franz Joseph 10 so blue, fresh and fine, tied by two-line "CANEA 12 GEN" (Tchilinghirian & Stephen fig. 533) in red-brown to entire letter to Syra with Syros arrival cds  (3 JAN. 73) on reverse. Upon arrival the cover was surcharged with "20" lepta which were franked with a copy of Large Hermes Head 20 l. blue, good to broad margins all round, cancelled by numeral '"67". Signed Calves, cert. E. Diena (1982).

    1867: Franz Josef 50 so. brown, coarse whiskers, fresh and fine vert. pair and single, tied by "CONSTANTINOPEL 26 / 11 / 75" cds's to registered envelope (folds away from the stamps, two stamps detached on top left), with handwritten "Via Varna", "PD", framed "RECOM:", "Chargé" and French entry mark "AUTR. HARNANCOURT 1 DEC. 75" in blue alongside. This cover was originally of the third weight rate resulting in a total rate of 154 soldi. Signed Ing. Ed. Müller and A. Diena, cert. Ferchenbauer (2015) Ferchenbauer = € 20'000.

    1867/74: 10 soldi deep blue on white wove postal stationery envelope, a fine used example to Constantinople cancelled by LLOYD AGENZIE / VARNA datestamp (1/6) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 939). Reverse with 'Lloyd Agenzie / Costantinopoli' datestamp (2/6) in black. Small part of flap missing and minor envelope imperfections at top left but a very rare usage of the stationery from Varna.

    1876: Official envelope mailed from Widdin to Belgrade showing Ottoman negative seal of the Governor of the Sandjak of Vidin in black, struck with WIDDIN thimble datestamp (4/2) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 896) and circular 'T' marking below. Reverse with 'Orsova' cds (7/2) of transit and Belgrade arrival cds (29.1.1876) in black. An unusual usage of Ottoman Official mail sent via the Austrian P.O., rare and very fine.
