    Toscana 1852: 2 cr. green blue unused proof on unwatermarked white paper without gum in a marginal block of four of top of sheet with 6 cm sheetmargin, the other three sides with ample margins allround.     Toscana 1851: 6 cr. blue, fresh colour and good to broad margins all round, tied by "P.D." to entire letter with "LIVORNO 29 SET 1853" cds alongside, sent to Rome with Civitavecchia and Rome cds's on reverse. The PD mark was made invalid with a strike of a five-line obliterator and the part franco cover was taxed within the Papal States.

    Toscana 1860: Provisional government issue 3 l. yellow ochre, good colour and broad margins on three sides, short at base, cancelled with Firenze datestamp (22 FEB 1860). A fine copy of an extremely rare stamp, certs. Donnini (2006) and Raybaudi (2007) Sassone = EUR 190'000.
