    1812 (July 13): Entire letter from Constantinople to London, reverse with manuscript Forwarding Agent 'per Struthers, Stewart & Co, Malta, 10 Sept. 1812', struck on obverse with superb curved MALTA in red. Manuscript 3 s. 2 d. to pay on receipt with reverse showing 'Foreign' cds (Oct 17). A superb and fresh entire.

    1879 (Nov 11): Cover to Turin franked by Great Britain 1870 bantam ½ d. rose pl. 14 pair and single and two ½ d. rose pl. 20 all tied by 'Malta / A25' duplexes in black, prepaying the 2½ d. rate. Torino arrival on reverse, minor opening tear at top not affecting the appearance of an attractive and unusual cover. Signed Colla.
