    Podillia 1918: Imperial arms 70 kop. orange & brown perf., pane of 24 with one stamp missing at bottom right, some perf. separation with gutter on top and left, showing Combination Tridents with top ten stamps ovpt. by Podillia 3a (Bulat #1482) and remaining 14 stamps by Podillia 13bb (Bulat #1999, CV $65 each). Signed Vyrovyj and UPV; these issues are known to specialists, but Bulat only lists the more common and usually fabricated combinations.
