    1865: Cover from Kurow to Paris franked by Russia 1858 30 k. bright red & yellow green, perf. 12¼ x 12½, July 1864 1 k. black & yellow (2) and 5 k. black & lilac all tied by concentric ring "75" numeral handstamps of KUROW and by 'Aus Polen über Eisenb. Post-Bur XI' datestamp in red (May 11). Two line dated bilingual Kurow despatch handstamp in black at right with manuscript '9/5'. Reverse with Paris arrival cds (May 13). Minor envelope tears in no way detracting from the charming appearance. A scarce franking and cancellation. Cert. BPB (2004).
