    1919: Unique brush proof of the printing plate for the Eighth Stanyslaviv set (Bulat 104-105), printed on a Court Martial form with the manuscript attestation of Mykola Sekretar. The only known Proof of any of the printing plates. Illustrated in John Bulat»s 1973 Illustrated Postage Stamp History of Western Ukrainian Republic 1918-1919.

    1919: 20 h. unoveprinted Austria (3) and 30 sot. Registration stamp, tied by weak KUTY cds's to large format registered cover, addressed in Cyrillic to the District Court in Kolomya, plus indistinct Trident official cachet in black alongside, no markings on reverse, signed BULAT BPP.

    1919: 20 h. unoverprinted Austrian stamps (vert. pair) and 50 sot. registration stamp, tied by scarce Cyrillic 'KOLOMYJA 1a 31 III 19' to local cover to the Court in Kolomyja, boxed violet Ukrainian Censor cachet alongside, all markings on front, signed BULAT BPP.
