    French occupation, Stamps of German Togo overprinted, 1914 (Oct): Part set of five values with 20 pf. ultramarine, 25 pf. black & red on yellow, 30 pf. black & orange on buff, 40 pf. black & carmine, this one with 3½ mm spacing instead of 2 mm, and 80 pf. black & carmine on rose, each tied by "ANECHO TOGO 8 / 3" cds to registered cover directed to Lome, reverse with arrival cds (14 March).
