    First Solo Flight Europe to North America 1932 (Aug. 18): Collection in two albums including 25 press photos, signed photocards of Jim and Amy Mollison, eight souvenir covers, of which three signed, posted at "New York Aug. 21 1932", together with more than 60 'Portmanrock's' picture postcards as well complete 'New York DAILY NEWS' newspaper (August 22, 1932) announcing '10'000 Greet Mollison here'. Interesting and original documentary concerning this historic flight.

    First Solo Crossing of the South Atlantic from East to West 1933 (Feb. 6): Legal-size cover posted at the Lympne Airport with Brazil franking tied by Port Natal Feb. 9 circular datestamp and "Rio G. Norte Feb. 9" transitmark, signed by Capt. Mollison. Very fine and extremely scarce cover carried by Mollison with his annotation "Carried by me / first England / S. America flight" in manuscript. One of only three covers known AAMC 1174.

    'Seafarer Atlantic Record Flight' 1933 (July 22/23): Envelope fom Dublin franked with six adhesives King George V 1 d., all remained uncancelled, with Irish Airpost label, endorsed 'Per Atlantic Air Mail, The Seafarer' London to New York, addressed to Quebec, Canada, carried on the flight from Pendine Sands, Wales to New York, by Amy Johnson and her husband Jim Mollison, on July 23 the plane 'Seafarer' was forced to land in a swamp near Bridgeport, Connecticut, after running low on fuel, signed by both pilots. Some wear, horizontal fold and water stains on the back, just a scarce Crash cover and the only known from Ireland. Nierinck 330723.

    'Seafarer Atlantic Record Flight' 1933 (July 22/23): Stampless legal size envelope carried on the flight from Pendine Sands, Wales to New York, by Amy Johnson and her husband Jim Mollison, on July 23 the plane 'Seafarer' was forced to land in a swamp near Bridgeport, Connecticut, after running low on fuel, signed by both pilots with type-written note on reverse: "This letter was recovered from the marsh at Bridgeport .....crashed in the 'Seafarer' July 23rd.1933 after successfully crossing the North Atlantic from Wales, New York City July 27th 1933".  Four covers carried.     London - Capetown Flight 1936 (May 3): Legal size cover to Amy Johnson at Gravesend Airport and redirected to London with typed inscription detailing her round flight from Gravesend to Cape Town and back to Croydon, bearing two GB 1 1/2d stamps cancelled at South Kensington on May 3rd and May 15th and two circular "CAPETOWN MUNICIPAL AIR-PORT / WINGFIELD" cachets dated 7 May and 10 May, signed by Amy Johnson. A rare cover carried by this famous aviator on this record breaking flight completed in under 8 days flying time, envelope with two vertical folds, just four covers carried.

MAY 36" with endorsed type-written note: "Carried by Mrs. Amy Mollison on her record breaking flight from London to Cape Town via West Coast of Africa, Windhoek, 6 May, 1936", signed 'A Mollison', one of only four covers carried on that leg. Fine and scarce. - The British aviatrix Amy Johnson, departed Gravesend Aerodrome, Kent, England, 4 May 1936, in her Percival D.3 Gull Six, enroute to Cape Town and had set a record for solo flying this route, breaking the existing record which had been set by her husband, James Mollison.
