1876/84: 2 d. green, a sheet marginal example, diagonally bisected on 1884 cover from Elmina to Accra paying the inland rate, tied by somewhat blurred "ELMINA" code A circular datestamp (Dec 1) in red but with fine information strike at left, ACCRA arrival, code C, in black (Dec 5). The adhesive with perfs. trimmed at base and the envelope with two small closed tears at top, however this is the sole bisected usage from Elmina recorded by John Sacher and thus a rare and important usage.
