    1895: Grenada stampless OHMS cover endorsed "Postal Service" and "Post Office, Grenada" used to Rouen, struck with circular "GRENADA / OFFICIAL / PAID" datestamp on despatch (March 5). Despite instructions, the Official nature ignored and charged Postage Due at double the deficiency on arrival with 1881/92 50 c. black (Maury T20) tied by Rouen cds (March 22). Rare.
