    1857/75: Entire letters (5) from Guayaquil British P.O., with two to Paris showing three line dated or circular PANAMA / TRANSIT datestamps and "GB / 1F 90c." accountancy marks, and three entires to the USA and with STEAMSHIP / 10 handstamps in black, all examples with PAID - TO / PANAMA" handstamps in red and PANAMA double arc datestamps.

    1878: Stampless cover to Westphalen, Germany with manuscript "25 cts" and "Marken veinte i cinco Centavos" ringed at top in manuscript (probably mailed from Chile) with German Consular seal in blue on reverse, struck with "NEW YORK / PANAMA TRANSIT" duplex (Oct 15) with "NY / T" mark alongside (prepayment notation ignored) and scarce "NEW YORK / BRITISH TRANSIT" datestamp in black (Oct 16). Reverse with Cöln / Verviers TPO and Biedenkopf arrival cds (Oct 28) where charged 120 pfennigs to pay in blue manuscript. A most unusual cover.

    1871: Entire letter from Panama to Edinburgh, struck with PANAMA single ring cds in black (May 5) and fine "1/-" handstamp in black adjacent. Sender's cachet on reverse in blue and Edinburgh arrival (May 26). File fold but scarce.

    British P.O. 1876/78: Entires (3) each with double arc 'Guayaquil' British P.O. despatch cds on reverse with 1877 cover to Paris with fine circular PANAMA - TRANSIT cds, triangular 'T' marking and fine "LIGNA / PAQ. FR. No.3" datestamp (April 1) in black (Salles fig. 1401) carried by "Ville St. Nazaire"; 1876 entire with octagonal "PANAMA / PAQ. FR. A No. 2" (Salles fig. 1413) carried on "Le Washington" and 1878 entire to Bordeaux with PANAMA - TRANSIT cds and octagonal "ASPINWALL / PAQ. FR. A No. 2" in black (Salles fig. 1416) carried on the "St. Germain". A scarce group.

    1939/50: Cancel Levy / Postal Tax Issues. The One Frame Exhibit collection on leaves with Pierre & Marie Curie American Bank Note Co. 1 c. sunken Die Proof in carmine-red, 115 June 1939 FDC locally used with set of four, 1 c. carmine usage on 1939 registration enevlope to USA, taxed usage of set of four on cover, 1940 1 c. usage on covers (3), 1941/45 issues on covers (7, one is a Paquebot usage), 1946/47 Proof strip of three of the overprint on pelure paper and 1 c. brown on registered stationery envelope from Volcan to USA, later issues with multiples and covers including 1949 overprint varieties (75 items).
