    Russia. 1906.: Essay prepared by the Russian Delegation for the Reply-Paid Postal Stationery discussions, 10 kopek blue & rose on thick straw stock, in Letter-Card format with "Avec Réponse Payée" on one letter-card and the other with "Réponse", both with bilingual French & Cyrillic imprint at base "Détachez la bordure le long du pointillé". An extraordinary and rare item, apparently unrecorded.

    1906: Essays (2) for Russian Reply card and Reply Letter Card, both undenominated, one printed in brown with Imperial Arms and handstamped with framed "SPECIMEN" in black, the letter-card printed in blue, entirely in Cyrillic, with the reply part smaller as an enclosure. A rare and most unusual pair.
