France. 1892: "Livret D'Identitite" Booklet No. 09,744 showing France Type Sage 50c. carmine imprinted on on green cover surcharged "ANNULE" in violet. A relatively fresh and fine mint example of this extremely rare 36 page Booklet, unused. Certificate Behr (1989). Also used Identity Cards from Germany and Netherlands (1967 and 1939).
