1890/91: Official 2 d. Error of Colour, printed in green instead of grey, fresh and very fine, large part og. Cert. BPA (1980) stating 'Unissued Status'. However on perusal of the "The De La Rue Collection" there is nothing to suggest that De La Rue ever considered issuing the Offical value in the green of the 1889 Postage Stamp, indeed a used example on piece of this stamp is known thus it is probably a Proof or Trial issued in error.
