1876/79: Great Britain 2½ d. rosy-mauve, plate 13, lettered HL, a used example tied to 1879 cover addressed to Algiers endorsed 'via Brindisi', tied by bold "942" numeral obliterator with corresponding "Larnaca / Cyprus" datestamp (May 7) alongside. Reverse with Brindisi transit cds (May 15) and obverse with 'Italie Amb. Lyon-Mars.' cds (May 17) in black.
