    Franco-Dutch War (1672-1678): Three entire letters, incl. 1672 (June 24) letter from Gent to Amsterdam during the blockade and sent over Zeeland taxed VI and II by red crayon, 1673 letter "de l'armée de maréchal de Luxembourg" from Cologne via Mastricht to Paris as well as 1673 letter written by Michel Le Peletier de Souzy (1640-1725) from Lille to Courtrai/Kortrijk (BE) taxed 'II' in red crayon, the latter two with full text transcription and German translation.

    War of the Spanish Succession (1701–1714): D'HOLLANDE in black on entire lettersheet endorsed "fr:S:Hag" (franco La Haye) and 'par Paris', written at Luvarden (Leeuwarden NL) 28 Dec. 1708 by Captain La Coste-Maillac in the Bellabre dragoon regiment, imprisoned by the dutch after the battle of Oudenaarde (11.
