    1921 (Dec 30): James David Bourchier, "Times" Balkan Correspondent, the set of nine values unused, in complete sheets of 100 stamps, fresh and very fine, unmounted og. (Mi = € 500), together with a 1915 complete "L'Echo de Bulgarie" Newspaper franked by 1915 15 st. green & violet used to London.

    1910/16: Lot three Covers and two Receipts bearing different Ferdinand definitives 25 st. black & blue and 25 on 30 st. brown & black, the stamps overprinted PCP (Pour Certificate Postale) in black, used on three registered covers to the Advice of Receipt Department of the Berlin Post Office, tied by 'Sophia' cds's in black, reverse with Berlin arrival cds's. The two receipts issued for telegrams sent from Bucharest to the Legation of Romania in Sofia. These PCP ovpt. stamps are official issues, to be used only for return receipts of telegrams and where attached either to the cover or the receipt itself to cover the registration fee. A scarce and appealing usage, three opinions Hitzler (2016) and cert. Pieper (1974).
