    Tunisie 1841: Entire letter from Tunis to Basel, Switzerland with reverse showing manuscript Forwarding Agent 'Malta 26 March 1841' and double arc MALTA cds in black (March 27) and red wax seal of disinfection Lazaret. Obverse with small cartridge 'Paquebots / De La / Mediterranee' in red. Thence via Marseille with Huningue transit in black and 'Basel' arrival cds in red (April 9). A fine entire.

    1917: French Military Flights, picture postcard (Gabès - Marché Arabe de Djara) as well as small sized envelope bearing violet special  cachet 'Aviation Militaire - Service postal - Sud Tunisien' both addressed to Paris, in addition another picture postcard 'Gabès - Vol d'Aéroplane' (written up but no postal despatch) Saulgrain 1917-05.
