    1858: 20 kop. blue & orange perf. 12¼ x 12½, a fresh and fine example, good perfs. (one teeth clipped). tied by KRONSTADT 28 NOV. 1864 cds and framed "Franco." handstamp to small envelope to Umea in Sweden, reverse  with STOCKHOLM 10 DES. 64 transit cds. An appealing cover to a rare destination at that time, an early usage of stamps on mail sent abroad which was possible since July 1864.
