Fiscal and nine Postal Savings 1 k. red on buff used to Tomeln, also a fine registered cover with 1918 10 sh., 20 sh. in combination with Trident ovptd. stamps (14) tied by RYLSK (Kursk Gub.) datestamps and used to Tworgau, Germany. The latter cover signed Seichter and Bulat.
