    General issues/Colonies générales 1849: Eagle 10 c. bister and 40 c. orange (light oxyded), both fresh and well margined, tied by lozenge "CCH" to entire letter with "COCHINCHINE 7 JANV 69 SAIGON" cds and framed "PD" in red alongside, sent to Bordeaux with TPO and arrival cds's on reverse (8 FEVR.).
