    Kyustendil - Köstendil 1871: Cover from Kyustendil to Constantinople struck with all Arabic double-circle 'Köstendil' despatchhandstamp in black (Coles & Walker fig. 42). On arrival Postage Due collected by Dulos 1868/71 20 pa. green pair and 2 pi. brick-red (fault) tied by all Arabic triple-box 'Deraliye' handstamps in black. Reverse with bilingual 'Stamboul' cds (June 21) in black.
