    5 pa. grey, superb used example on top of 1866 'La Trombetta' Newspaper addressed to the Italian Consulate, cancelled by POSTE VICE-REALI EGIZIANE / ALESSANDRIA datestamp (Oct 22) in black (illustrated in Smith on page 152); also an earlier small piece with 5 pa. grey tied by 'retta' lozenge of 81 dots with same datestamp below (Jan 23, 1866) in black. A remarkable page.
