    Type 1B. 1868: Entire letter to Calcutta via Marseilles at 1 s. 1 d. rate, franked by 1 d. red pl. 106 and 1867 1 s. green pl. 4 tied by London duplexes. Struck on reverse with fine oval SEA POST OFFICE / B datestamp (Nov 5) struck in blue at Suez. Carried on the 'Carnatic' arriving Bombay on November 14, with Calcutta arrival datestamp (Nov 18) in red. Opens well for display, illustrated in the handbook on page 19.
