    2 bani orange, a fine large margined example (Transfer Type 5), used on 1870 Printed Circular entire to Braila, tied by BUCURESTI / DIM datestamp (27/5) in black (Kiriac fig. 441). with framed 'PD' at right. Reverse with 'Braila / Dim' datestamp (29/5) in blue (Kiriac fig. 439). The cover with splits at edges and internally repaired along the folds and with file fold on face panel well away from the adhesive but an extremely rare single franking. Cert. Heimbüchler (2014).

    Note: The Printed Matter rate was 2 bani from circa January 1/13, 1868 until Occtober 14, 1870 when the rate was raised to 3 bani.
