(5) overprinted Podolia Type 8d all tied to 1919 registered cover from Kiev to Moscow by Kiev cds's (July 20) and the 3 k. tied by Moscow arrival cds with Kiev registration cachet on front. Sensibly opened for better exhibit display, a rare commercial franking at correct 50 kopek rate.
