    VALOR 30 CENTAVOS surcharged in violet on 50 c. pale green, a fine used example with pre-printing paper-fold variety, used on 1921 cover from Medellin to Bogotá and tied by SOCIEDAD COLOMBO-ALEMANA / DE TRANSPORTES AEREOS / MEDELLIN / EL AGENTE in violet and also by "Manuel José Tabón" handstamp. Franked additionally with Colombia postage 1917 1 c. green and 2 c. carmine-rose tied by Medellin datestamp in blue; reverse with Bogotá arrival (Nov 17) in red. A fine and scarce cover.
