    1863 (Feb 7): Small combination cover from Cairo to Florence, Italy struck with Type IV POSTA EUROPEA / CAIRO datestamp in black, transferred to French P.O. in Alexandria with 1853 imperforate 80 c. rose carmine tied by '5080' gros chiffres. Framed PIROSCAFI / POSTALI / FRANCESI at left and arrival on reverse (Feb 20). A scarce and attractive usage.
