    1920/1975c.: Central & South American Consular & Diplomatic Mail The splendid collection with all countries of the American Continent represented from Argentina to Venezuela, with many covers carried free of charge all with special cachets, furthermore many up-rated covers for additional charges for Airmail, Express Delivery and Registration etc. A wonderful and probably un-repeatable collection and, with some re-vamping, an excellent Exhibit of this much misunderstood facet of Postal History (181 covers).
