    1872: Duloz 1 pi. yellow postal stationery envelope used from Van to Istanbul, up-rated with 1870/71 5 pi. pale blue and Postage Due 2 pi. brown all tied by double framed all Arabic VAN handstamps (Coles & Walker fig. 3) in blue-green. Slight aging but a rare usage.
