    South Russian Army - General Denekin Govt. 1920: Romanov 7 k. brown postal stationery envelope sent registered with reverse franked by 1919 3 r. red brown & myrtle green imperforate in a block of four tied by 'Rostov on Don' datestamps in black (May 7). Slightest of inclusions on one stamp but a scarce and most appealing cover.
