    Cuza 20 pa. red, a fine large margined single example used with a horizontal pair, large margins all round, the right stamp with minor file wrinkle, on double weight registered cover to Bucharest, tied by two strikes of the network grill handstamp in black. 'Tirgovistea' datestamp of despatch at right (July 8) in black (Kiriac fig. 354) and framed RECOMANDAT struck in deep blue. 'Bucuresci' arrival (July 10) on reverse in black (fig. 379).
