    1870: 3 bani in a dull lilac shade used on 1870 entire letter to Giurgiu with 1869 15 bani deep red tied by BUCURESTI / DIM datestamp (May 20) in black. Framed 'P.D.' at left and 'Giurgiu' arrival cds on blue (May 21) on reverse.Some file faults at edges and overall wear but a scarce mixed issue usage.
