Katalognummer : V22Bacau 1868 (Aug 23): Cover from Bakeu to Iserlohn, Prussia franked by Levant 1864 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, tied by BAKEU datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 721) in black. Reverse with Jassy transit cds of Austrian P.O. in blue (same day), Breslau-Oswiecim TPO and arrival cds (Aug 30). A fine and scarce cover demonstrating the 10 kr. single rate to the GPU under the 1866 Convention. Extremely rare. Signed A. Diena.
