    1875: The UPU effect-June 26, 1875 cover to Venice with 23 soldi rate paid by 1867/74 3 s. green and pair of 10 s. deep blue arriving on July 1, 1875; matched with a cover used in first months of UPU rate to Venice with single 1867/74 10 s. deep blue, also tied by LLOYD AGENZIE / COSTANTINOPOLI cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 446). Minor faults but a nice contrasting pair.
