    1840/82: Covers & entire letters (15), mostly to Syra, Greece with unusual 1849 entire with "Yperthalassia" (d'Outremer) marking on internal cover in black and same handstamp struck in red on arrival on 1856 entire (rare thus); 1840's covers from Athens via Piraeus to Syra, oval "Agenzia Del Lloyd Austriaco/Ancona" in blue on 1856 cover, 1855 entire from Vienna and 1860 entire from Venice, and 1882 cover from Marseille to Calamata franked by 25 c. bistre on yellow. Condition generally very fine, a most interesting selection.
