    1868/70: Complete example of the "L'Impartial" Newspaper mailed from Izmir to Aleppo franked with perf. 5-11 1869 20 pa. brown and vertically bisected 20 pa. brown to pay the 30 paras Newspaper rate (journey time 269 hours), cancelled on arrival in Aleppo. Fresh and very fine, a rare usage.
