    1872: Paris printing 25 bani orange horizontal pair and Bucharest printing 1877 10 b. blue used on rare quadruple rate (note "4" in manuscript on front panel) 1878 cover to Ploesti tied by 'BOLGRAD' thimble datestamps (June 22) struck well in blue (Kiriac fig. 516). A scarce 60 bani inland rate and mixed issue franking.
