    Eastern Roumelia 1880 (29 May, julian): Stampless prepaid registered cover from Plovdiv to Constantinople, struck with bilingual (Russian / Bulgarian) Cyrillic "FILLIPOPEL / PLOVDIV" datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 77) and straight line FRANCO and RECOMMANDEE handstamps, all in blue. Reverse with light "CONSTANTINOPLE TURQUIE" (6 March, gregorian). Opinion Todd (2015).
