    Eastern Roumelia 1880 (29 May, julian): Stampless prepaid cover from Plovdiv to Constantinople, struck with bilingual (Russian / Bulgarian) Cyrillic "FILLIPOPEL / PLOVDIV" datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 77) and straight line FRANCO, both in blue. Reverse with light "CONSTANTINOPLE / TURQUIE" (12 June, gregorian). Opinion Todd (2015).
