    1867: 20 pa. black on bright rose, a used example with large margins all round, used on cover to Braila tied by grill obliterator in black with manuscript "Mizil 5/12" cancellation of despatch and framed "DUPA / PLECARE" (Too Late) marking in blue superimposed. Reverse with Braila arrival cds (Dec 9) in black. Slight wrinkles but a very scarce and unusual usage. Ex collection Sassower.
