Circular PRISONER OF WAR LETTER / FREE in green with "CENSORED / GERMAN CONCENTRATION CAMP" at right in same ink. 'Liverpool / NBSW' despatch cds (April 24). Reverse with handstamp '71' in red and mss. 'Civil'. Rare and most attractive.
