    1856/60: Small Diadem 2 d. pale blue, engraved, clear to good margins all round, position 24 (Row 2, stamp 12) showing the first State of the Retouch, used on 1859 cover to Gamboola, Molong tied by "Sydney / NSW" dupolex (Oct 27) in black. File fold well away from the adhesive, a scarce cover. Cert. RPS of Victoria (2018).
