1881 (July 1): 7 c. deep blue, plate I, imperforate, a used example with 3 c. grey-bistre on yellow bistre, each with large margins all round on 1883 single rate cover endorsed "per R.M. Str." to London, tied by "Jacmel / Haiti" circular datestamp in black (Feb 25).
