    1881 (July 1): 5 c. yellow-green on greenish, plate I, imperforate, a used horizontal pair, ample to large margins all round, cancelled by "Port au Prince / Haiti" cds's dated 2nd July 1881 - the second day of issue and the earliest recorded usage of any Haitian adhesive stamp. Rare.
