    1895: 30 c. brown postal stationery envelope, a used example (H&G B3) sent registered to Lucerne, Switzerland up-rated with 1896 18 c. on 45 c. brown & carmine with overprint misplaced, cancelled by Rural Post "Seychelles / 4" despatch cds's (25 Jan 1897) in black.
