    DDSG / DSNC 1870c.: 10 kr. green, perf. 9½, a used example on cover from Rustchuk to Silistria, tied by oval framed "D.D.S.G. / AGENTIE / RUSTZUK" handstamp in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 915). A very rare usage on cover, believed unique, Tchilinghirian states "very scarce" with no example recorded in either the Steindler or Capellaro collections.
