    DDSG / DSNC 1870c.: 10 kr. yellow-green, Type I, perf. 9½, a used example, tied to cover to Widdin by oval framed "AGENTIE / D.D.S.G. / LOM-PALANKA" handstamp in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 898), with rare usage of circular "AUSGEFOLGT" (Delivered) Roman dated  arrival (31 / VII) applied in Widdin. Some minor soiling and imperfections to envelope but a very scarce usage. Illustrated in Edition D'Or XVIII on page 77. Signed Holcombe. Cert.
